HVBM Vastgoed has successfully delivered the new distribution center for network operator Stedin on industrial estate De Biezen in Vianen. This modern and sustainable building, which meets the BREEAM-NL New Construction ‘Excellent’ guidelines, offers Stedin the necessary space to double its current storage capacity.
The distribution center occupies over 40,000 square meters of office and industrial space and will house approximately 4,000 different types of materials, ranging from small components to large transformers. Its strategic location near the junction of the A2 and A27 freeways, and a short distance from the A12 and A28, ensures excellent accessibility.
Construction of the distribution center began in April 2024 and, after an intensive construction period, is now ready for commissioning by Stedin. The building was developed with attention to sustainability and energy efficiency, including the use of solar panels and charging points for electric vehicles.
With the completion of this distribution center, HVBM Vastgoed underlines its commitment to realizing high-quality and sustainable logistics facilities that contribute to the efficiency and growth of its partners.
