The brand new fresh distribution center in Deventer has received the BREEAM-NL sustainability certificate with Excellent score. For example, the building and surrounding grounds have been designed to be circular and nature-inclusive. There is also its own solar power system of more than 14,000 solar panels.

HVBM Vastgoed and Smartwares Group recently received the BREEAM-NL Excellent delivery certificate from the DGBC for distribution center DC Charlotte in Tilburg. Adamas Group was involved in the project from the design stage as a BREEAM expert.

Friday, April 19, marked the start of construction of a new distribution center for Stedin in Vianen. With this new distribution center, Stedin is doubling its storage space to 60,000 square meters in one fell swoop. Stedin is expected to occupy the building in mid-2025.

The new distribution center in Deventer has been delivered to PLUS by HBC. In the coming period, the distribution center will be further furnished and filled with thousands of fresh products. At the end of May the first deliveries will go to the supermarkets.
