Southfields Veldhoven is a large-scale commercial real estate development on one of the last immediately available commercial lots in the Brainport Eindhoven region. The new development consists of two adjacent commercial buildings. Development “A” is situated on a lot with an area of 28,500 m² and consists of approximately 17,157 m² of industrial space, approximately 3,697 m² of mezzanine space, and approximately 1,621 m² of office space. This development has an electrical connection with a contracted capacity of no less than 1.7 MW. Development “B” has been leased to Dartshopper and is scheduled for completion in mid-August 2027.
