Dartshopper has signed a long-term lease agreement for the development and construction of a new distribution center and headquarters on the Habraken industrial park in Veldhoven. Southfields Veldhoven is a joint development by HVBM Vastgoed and DevCo Real Estate.
Dartshopper will be located in a commercial building yet to be constructed, consisting of more than 18,000 m² of office and commercial space. Construction will begin after the summer of 2026, with completion scheduled for August 2027. The building will be developed to high sustainability standards and will be delivered with a BREEAM Very Good certification.
Dartshopper is a leading international e-commerce retailer specializing in darts equipment and is already based in Veldhoven. To support its continued international growth, Waterland joined as a co-shareholder alongside Dartshopper’s founders in early 2026. The new location will consolidate several existing branches and will also serve as the new international headquarters. This will provide Dartshopper with a future-proof location that supports further growth and efficient logistics operations.
The lease to Dartshopper marks an important milestone for Southfields Veldhoven and underscores the continued strong demand for high-quality, sustainable commercial space in the Brainport region.
During the negotiation of the lease agreement with Dartshopper, Southfields Veldhoven received expert advice from Q-Bedrijfslocaties, in close collaboration with Cushman & Wakefield.
In addition to this development for Dartshopper, a second commercial space development is available for lease within the Southfields Veldhoven project by HVBM Vastgoed and DevCo Real Estate. This building comprises over 22,000 m² of office and commercial space and offers an excellent location for companies looking to expand or establish a new presence in the Brainport region. Thanks to its unique electrical connection with a contracted capacity of 1,750 KW, this development is ideally suited for companies with above-average energy needs, such as high-tech manufacturing firms, logistics service providers, and other energy-intensive users.
Cushman & Wakefield is handling the leasing of the commercial building that is still available.
